Financial Assistance
Because of your dedication to your children and to Catholic education, St. Dennis continues to be an excellent Catholic elementary school. Your personal sacrifices, along with your volunteerism, have kept our school alive and vibrant in its tradition of quality Catholic education since 1881. As we do everything possible to keep tuition affordable despite the rise in educational costs, please be sure to explore scholarships and grants that are available.
  • Fr. Jim has generously earmarked $30,000 to assist parishioner families who are in great financial need. We strongly encourage active parishioner families to apply for this assistance.
  • The Catholic Educational Foundation at the Diocese of Joliet distributes hundreds of needs-based scholarships each year. Students K-12 are eligible to apply for financial assistance to help cover the cost of tuition.

The tuition assistance grants are determined on an annual basis. Families must apply each year in order to be considered. All determinations are based on the grant and aid application from the FACTS company. Families are encouraged to complete this application in January and ensure that all required documentation is submitted on a timely basis.

Families will be notified of grant awards in the Spring. The award checks will be sent directly to the schools.

More information and links can be found at the Catholic Education Foundation website www.dioceseofjoliet.org/edfoundation/

FACTS is a completely confidential financial assistance program. If you are interested in learning more about the program, please click here.
